ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC in Cr.No.411 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have collected nearly 40 cars from various persons and agreed to pay rent for the same. Thereafter, the petitioner utilized the said cars for cinema shootings, however, he neither paid the rent nor returned the cars. The defacto complainant is one such affected person and hence, he lodged a complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that till date the petitioner has not returned the cars to the original owners and is keeping all the cars in his possession. He would further submit that the petitioner has also not paid the rent amount to the original car owners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
