This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed against the order and decreetal order dated 22.12.2006 passed in A.S.No. 474 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Madras confirming the order and decreetal order dated 14.02.2005 passed in E.A.No. 3540 of 2005 in E.P.No. 566 of 2004 in O.S.No.5845 of 2000 on the file of the X Assistant, Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai - 104.
