O.P.No.95 of 2022 O.P.No.95 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate in the name of the 1st petitioner, relating to the shares held by N.Sivaraman, the husband of the 1st petitioner, the details of which, came to be known to the petitioners just before filing of the petition.

2. The said N.Sivaraman had died on 17.09.2007.

3. The 2nd and 3rd petitioners are the son and daughter.

4. After completing necessary formalities, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence.

5. The 1st petitioner was examined as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of N.Sivaraman was marked as Ex.P1, and his Legal Heirship Certificate was marked as Ex.P2. The details regarding shares were marked as Ex.P3.

6. In the petition, it had been very specifically stated that the Succession Certificate may be granted to the 1st petitioner. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

7. In view of that particular statement and the petition being verified by all the three petitioners affirming that statement, the Original Petition stands allowed.
