PRAYER : Writ petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the first and second respondent from any manner interfering with the stage carrier bearing Bus No.KA-01/D-1584 and Bus No.KA-01/B-3138 in the subject matter of temporary permit No. 2311/2016-17 and 2310/2016-17 respectively issued by office of the third respondent till the period of 01.02.2017 to 31.05.2017.

ORDER

The petitioners seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 from in any manner interfering with the stage carrier bearing bus Nos.KA-01/D-1584 and KA-01/B-3138 respectively, till the period of temporary permit i.e., upto 31.05.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the fact that temporary permit period as sought for in these writ petitions, was already over and the petitioners have also enjoyed an interim order during the pendency of these writ petitions, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, these writ petitions stands disposed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
