NO.495/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition in that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 23298 of 2021 on 08.12.2021 in Cr.No. 495 of 2018 pending on the file of the Respondent.
Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 08.12.2021, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 08.12.2021 alone stands modified that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. All other conditions remain unaltered.
