ORDER
The prayer in the present petition is to transfer the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2017 pending on the file of 3rd respondent/Police to any other independent agency like CBCID.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that, the prayer in the present petition has become infructuous since the charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.20 of 2017 on 09.10.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai.
