This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation from 4th respondent to 3rd respondent to re-investigate the cases registered in Crime Nos.95 and 96 of 2013 pending on the file of 4th respondent and to file fresh charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.13 of 2014 in respect of Crime No.95 of 2013 and C.C.No.92 of 2014 in respect of Crime No.96 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
