This Writ Petition has been filed praying to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.26115/2011 dated 10.02.2012 and quash the same and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground in any suitable post in the 3rd respondent panchayat.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a letter from the District Collector, Nilgiris District-the second respondent herein stated that the petitioner has already been appointed as Office Assistant in Panchayat Union, Gudalur.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
