W.P.No.25700 & 28705 / 2012: Writ petitions are filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to forward the finalized panel for the year 2011-12 for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Agricultural Engineering) with eligible persons including the petitioner to the 1st respondent for approval and to direct the 1st respondent to approve the panel and to effect promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (AE) by considering the eligible persons including the petitioner by consider the representation made by the petitioner dt 16.8.2012 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

J U D G M E N T

(Delivered by M.M.Sundresh,J.) Learned counsel on either side submit that the ratio fixation has already been upheld by a Division Bench of this Court in P.Sundar and others v. The Government of Tamil Nadu and others, reported in (2013) 7 MLJ 100, and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.

In such view of the matter, this writ appeal is closed. No costs.
