O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) This application for contempt is for the alleged violation of an order dated 05.02.2016 disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner, being W.P.No.4338 OF 2016, by directing that the representation of the petitioner be disposed of by the concerned authority in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accordance with law.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent has produced a copy of the Proceedings in Na.Ka.K.12/1372/2016, dated 23.03.2016 and submitted that the order of the Court has been complied with.

3. Since the order of the Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication and the contempt petition is closed.
