CMA.No.1648 of 2011 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Today, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of this Court. 2.It is seen that inadvertently the following has been incorporated in Paragraph No.8 of the order, dated 26.02.2019, instead of directing the Insurance Company to pay and recovery :- "8.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company that the entire award amount has already been deposited as directed by the Tribunal"

3.Accordingly, Paragrahp No.8 of the order dated 02.12.2019 will read as under:- "8.This Court directs the Insurance company to pay the entire award amount and recover the same from the first respondent, in the manner known to law, in the same execution proceedings."

4.All other observations made in the earlier order dated 26.02.2019 shall remain intact and the order dated 02.12.2019 is hereby recalled. 23.01.2020 klt Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary "for being mentioned" and issue http://www.judis.nic.in fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
