ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.49 of 2019, pending against the petitioner, on the file of the first respondent Police. __________Page 1 of 4

The allegation against the petitioner is that he acted as agent to A1 and A2. They joined together with the other accused promised to get a job in Indian Oil Corporation and collected to the tune of Rs.1.49 crores from the 12 victims and subsequently they had also issued bogus appointment orders. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the allegations made by the victims, a civil suit has already been instituted in respect of the same subject matter. It was further submitted that the petitioner has also lodged a criminal complaint against A1 and A2 and that he has been falsely implicated in the present case.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that no amount has been recovered till date and that the petitioner was also involved in the collection of money. He also submitted that the petitioner had filed an application for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28083 of 2025, which came to be dismissed by this Court on 15.10.2025.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already moved an application seeking anticipatory bail and the same having been dismissed by this Court by an order dated 15.10.2025, this Court finds no merit in the present Criminal Original Petition.
