ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the legal heirship certificate issued by the first respondent in favour of the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen from the records that as against the order passed by the first respondent, there is an appeal remedy available before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Without approaching the Appellate Authority, the petitioner has preferred this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition cannot be entertained and it is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the legal heirship certificate issued in favour of the second respondent before the Appellate Authority, if so advised. No costs.
