Mr.Suresh, learned counsel for the respondent/defendant appears on behalf of the proposed parties and submits that there are no other legal heirs of the deceased defendant. Recording the above submission, A.No.661 & 662 of 2023 are allowed and A.No.663 of 2023 is closed.

2.The applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the plaint and to file a clean copy of the plaint after amending the cause title and serve a copy of the amended copy of the plaint to the defendant.

3.Registry is directed to put a note as to whether summons are served on the deceased defendant.
