This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 8 to 10 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner appeared and submitted that the proposed respondents 8 to 10 are the legal heirs of Venkatachalam, the 2nd respondent herein and they are necessary parties to implead them as respondents 8 to

10. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.R.Marthachalamurthy, learned counsel for 3rd respondent appeared and raised his formal objections in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed. The proposed parties are impleaded as respondents 8 to 10 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause 1\3

title and post the matter on 15.11.2022. Both parties are directed to appear before this court on that day.
