C.M.A.Nos.1487, 1488, 1535 of 2013 and 2000 of 2014 P.T.ASHA.J., These matters are posted today (30.11.2022) under the caption for being mentioned.

2. Though in paragraph 9 of the judgment dated 09.09.2022, the 1st respondent has been directed to pay 75% of the Award amount, however in paragraph No.12 in line No.8, the entire award amount has been shown, namely, Rs.3,19,200/-, which has to be corrected as Rs.2,39,400/-. In 15th line in the same paragraph, i.e., paragraph No.12, by oversight, M.C.O.P.No.822 of 2010 has been omitted to be mentioned and the same may be included. Likewise, the amount in the last line of page 12 is also to be corrected as Rs.2,39,400/- and the last line in page 13 has to be corrected as Rs.79,800/-.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections in the judgment dated 09.09.2022 and issue a fresh corrected copy of the judgment to the parties.

4. In all other aspects, the earlier judgment dated 09.09.2022 shall remain unaltered.
