Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No7278 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12326/2020 dated 15.12.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of every month until further orders instead of the petitioner shall report the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 AM. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7278 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12326 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. However, he would submit that some of the co-accused have been directed to appear before the respondent once in a month. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7278 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12326 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30a.m. until further orders. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
