PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Notification in Advertisement No.04/2012 dated 07.03.2012 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal to the extent it requires even the Secondary Grade and Graduate Teachers whose selection process commenced prior to 23.08.2010 and appointed after 23.08.2010 to appear for the Teacher Eligibility Test and consequently to direct the Respondents to give exemption to the Petitioner from appearing for Teacher Eligibility Test.
