This criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent herein in C.M.P.No.2983 of 2012 on 17.10.2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3.The petitioner herein, among other averments seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail, stated that the 1st respondent/accused has been enlarged on bail on 17.10.2012 by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet, only on condition that the 1st respondent would settle the stolen articles along with the value of the property. He further submitted that the 1st respondent is absconding and neither co-operating for further investigation nor complying with the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court to work out her remedy.
4.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. 5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
