ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) A representation/complaint has been made by petitioner regarding encroachment on existing road by re-construction of an earlier demolished building.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the

earlier order passed by this Court in Cont.P.No.1888 of 2023 & W.P.No.8433 of 2023 dated 18.12.2024, the land admeasuring 0.97.5 areas in No.52/1 is to be reserved as Panchayat Union road, as per A register and therefore, no construction is permissible.

3. The allegation made in the petition requires enquiry into facts and spot inspection. Therefore, the Tahsildar, Sankarapuram Taluk is directed to make necessary enquiry and spot inspection with regard to the records and verify whether re-construction is in violation of the Court order or is on a land which is not covered under the order of the Court. The enquiry shall be completed within one month.
