writ petitioner. The matter has been posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Again there is no representation.

2. The Writ Petition had been filed for a Mandamus to consider the legal notice dated 02.12.2011, 15.03.2012 and representation dated 02.01.2012 against the respondents.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
