O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the alleged detenue, Vaishnavi, aged about 21 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.Pursuant to filing of the above Habeas Corpus Petition, the first respondent has secured and produced the alleged detenue Vaishnavi, daughter of the petitioner, before this Court. The petitioner, mother of the alleged detenue and the second respondent/husband of the alleged detenue are present before this Court.
3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major aged about 20 years and that she was married to the second respondent and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/second respondent herein, who is also present before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody and since the alleged detenue is a major, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
