Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to modify the condition imposed uon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7268 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11921/2020 dated 15.12.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent polie on the first day of every month until furthers orders instead of the petitioner shall report the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7268 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11921 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. However, he would submit that some of the co-accused have been directed to appear before the respondent once in a month. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7268 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11921 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30a.m. until further orders. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
