(The Case has been heard through Video Conference) This Court vide order dated 19.11.2018, directed the respondent therein in Crl.O.P.No.26796 of 2018 in Crime No.33 of 2018 either to file a final report or closure report as the case may be. In compliance with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order the respondent police transferred the Crime No.33 of 2018 as Crime 1/2

Sub.A.No.40 of 2021 No.199 of 2018 and after completion of the investigation, they filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kallakurichi and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.89 of 2020. Earlier occasion, the C.C number is mentioned as C.C.No.751 of 2019, now the different number is being given by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kallakurichi in C.C.No.89 of 2020. Therefore, it is represented that the order has been complied with. 2.Recording the above, this Sub-Application is closed and the Contempt Petition was already closed.
