ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.50 of 2015, on the file of the learned Special Magistrate (Mahila), Salem.

2. The petitioners herein are the mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the respondent. Necessary allegations have been made in the petition and the petitioners, who are the mother-in-law and brother-in-law, have to go before the Court below and establish their defence. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in D.V.C.No.50 of 2015, on the file of the learned Special Magistrate (Mahila), Salem, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
