Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.04.2014 against the said persons and investigate the same and file final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.04.2014 against the said persons and investigate the same and file final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.137 of 2015. He further submits that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof of having given the complaint dated 13.04.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint in person along with the medical records to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
