J U D G M E N T
The judgment and decree dated 18.10.2006 made in A.S.No.21 of 2005, setting aside the order and decreetal order dated 24.04.2005 made in E.A.No.284 of 2004 in E.P.No.158 of 2001 in O.S.No.666 of 1996, is under challenge in the present civil miscellaneous second appeal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants made a submission through video conferencing that the issues between the parties has already been settled out of Court.
3. In view of such submission, no further adjudication needs to be entertained with reference to the grounds raised in the present civil miscellaneous second appeal.
