ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents to consider and dispose the representation dated 28.11.2024, and to direct the respondents to provide the necessary police protection to clear the thorny trees on petitioner's land and to ensure the safety of the petitioner and petitioner's family.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.11.2024 to remove thorny trees on the petitioner's land, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the strength of the Civil Court decree, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
