C.M.P.Nos.175 and 176 of 2009 in S.A.No.927 of 2002 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.175 of 2009 has been filed to bring on record the 1st petitioner/1st appellant as the legal representative of the deceased second appellant in the above Second Appeal. CMP No.176 of 2009 has been filed to bring on record petitioners 2 to 4 herein who are the legal representatives of Kannagi-the deceased second appellant in the above Second Appeal as appellants 3 to 5.

2.Heard both sides.

3. With regard to the above Second Appeal, the 7th respondent ,P.Balaji died on 07.11.2005 and he did not not have any legal representative and the memo was already filed to that effect by the appellant on 29.04.2013. Regarding the 9th respondent-Rani, the learned counsel for the appellant in the Second Appeal would submit that she remained exparte.Therefore, notice may be dispensed with. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the same is hereby recorded. In the interest of justice, these C.M.Ps are allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.
