C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters were listed for hearing on 22.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners, hence these matters were directed to be listed on 26.06.2023 (today) under the caption for ''dismissal". When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioners and it is clear and evident that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.
