2 & 3 to fix the seniority and give notional promotion with monetary benefits to the petitioner. PRAYER in W.P.No.12242 of 2012 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.L1/Pension/2011, dated 22.06.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents No.2 & 3 to fix the seniority and give notional promotion with monetary benefits to the petitioner. C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters were listed for hearing on 22.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners, hence these matters were directed to be listed on 26.06.2023 (today) under the caption for ''dismissal". When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioners and it is clear and evident that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.
