2. This Court by order dated 22.04.2019 disposed of C.M.A.Nos.1018 & 1019 of 2012 by directing the Tribunal to dispose of MCOP.Nos.500 & 501 of 2006 on the file of learned Ist Additioal District Judge, Salem within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgment.

3. The Ist Additional District Judge has addressed letters dated 05.08.2020 to the Registry seeking for extension of time of six months to dispose of the proceedings.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 05.08.2020 sent by the Ist Additional District Judge and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing of MCOP.Nos.500 & 501 of 2006 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order dated 22.04.2019 in C.M.A.Nos.1018 & 1019 of 1/4

2012. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of six months for the Ist Additional District Judge to dispose of MCOP.Nos.500 & 501 of 2006 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry. 08.09.2020 nl 2/4
