Prayer: The appeal is filed under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act r/w Sec 100 of C.P.C against the Decree and Judgment dated 25.03.2008 in C.M.A. No. 10 of 2008 on the file of District Court, Nilgiris at Udagamandalam reversing the decree and Judgment dated 12.10.2007 in H.M.O.P.No. 85 of 2005 on the file of Sub Court, Ooty.

J U D G M E N T

Challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 25.03.2008 in C.M.A. No. 10 of 2008 on the file of District Court, the appellant has filed this Civil Miscellaneous second appeal. 2.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
