The appellant has filed the Civil miscellaneous second appeal as against the Judgment and Decree dated 06.03.2007 made in C.M.A.No.30 of 2004 on the file of the Additional District Court / Fast Track Court No.I (i/c), Salem reversing the Judgment and decree dated 30.01.2004 made in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2003 on the file of the http://www.judis.nic.in Sankari.

When the matter is listed today for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that, as per instructions from the appellant's letter dated 20.03.2018, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.
"As per the instructions given my client in letter dated 20.03.2018. I may be permitted to withdraw the CMSA.No.43 of 2008."
