The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 3 to accept the arrears amount of electricity consumption charges in installments as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the representations dated 05.04.2011 & 26.04.2011 made by the petitioner herein.

2. Today (02.07.2021), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
