O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue, Malar, W/o.K.Saravanan, aged about 27 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue Malar is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major aged about 26 years and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/the petitioner herein and the petitioner is also willing to take back his wife/the alleged detenue.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
