ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 29.09.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.96/2021 in Special S.C.No.16 of 2020 on the file of learned Special Judge (Under POCSO Act), Puducherry.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision with liberty to raise all the grounds during the course of the trial. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
