ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: "To issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the Labour Court, Hosur in respect of the Award passed in I.D.No.177 of 2019 on 06.04.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondent Management to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages, continuity of service with all other attendant benefits."

2. Both the parties have agreed to the Writ Petition being disposed of with the following terms:

i) I.D.No.177 of 2019 shall be treated as withdrawn and consequently, the Award passed therein shall not be 2/4

cited against the petitioner by the respondent-Management. ii) The petitioner shall file an appeal under Section Section 18 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, against the findings of the Internal committee dated 12.06.2018 . iii) The respondent shall not raise the ground of limitation in the appeal that is to be filed by the petitioner as the time taken to prosecute the matter before this Court shall stand excluded. The appeal shall be filed on or before 18.07.2025.

No costs.
