(CRIME NO. 235 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax until further orders condition of reporting on every Saturday at 10.30 a..m before Sriperumbudur police imposed upon by this Hon'ble court by an order made in Crl.OP.No.21727 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 and pass such other suitable orders as this Hon'ble court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21727 of 2021 on 19.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court for further hearings and appear before respondent police on first working of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
