The above petition is filed to bring on record the proposed respondent as the legal heir of the deceased Mrs.Muniammal in the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the above petition being ordered.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.

3. It is informed that the deceased has two other legal representatives and the learned counsel for the appellant has taken steps to bring them on record.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the matter on 30.08.2022.
