Smt.Kanthamma v. Sarojammal

C.M.P.Nos.3057 and 3063 of 2021 in Second Appeal No.566 of 2020 These applications have been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed appellants viz., Devi, Vetriselvan, Kuzhalarasi and Varsha as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant A.Vallavan and rank them as party appellants 5 to 8 and to bring on record the third proposed respondent viz., S.Manogar as the legal representative of the deceased first respondent viz., Sarojammal and rank him as third respondent in the above Second appeal.

2. The proposed party who has entered appearance through Mr.N.Manokar, learned counsel has no objection for these petitions being allowed.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered.

C.M.P.No.3058 of 2021 in Second Appeal No.565 of 2020 This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the third proposed respondent viz., S.Manogar as the legal representative of the deceased first respondent viz., Sarojammal and rank him as third respondent in the above Second appeal.

2. The proposed party who has entered appearance through Mr.N.Manokar, learned counsel has no objection for the petition being allowed.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the petition is ordered.
