O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.105 of 2013 to some other Investigating Agency such as CB CID, Namakkal or District Crime Branch, Namakkal or any other independent investigating agency for proper and necessary action against the culprits.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendancy of this petition, the regular Station House Officer investigated the case and filed charge sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the competent Court and it is yet to be taken on file by the Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the facts submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). However, he requests that appropriate direction may be issued to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the concerned Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

5.This criminal original petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
