[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent to produce the person viz., Janagi, aged 29 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Petitioner is present. Detenue having appeared before the respondent has been produced before this Court. On enquiry, she informs that she had been away at Pellamedu and now having returned does not wish to return to the matrimonial home and wishes to stay with her mother, who also is present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
