Prayer in W.P.No.724 of 2023: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the office bearers and the members of the respondents 5 to 15 from going on for an illegal strike from 10.01.2023 or on a later date in and around the office premises of the TANGEDCO which being a public utility service to disrupt the general and supply of electricity.
