This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of police, Sivagangai Town police station everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29132 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on the 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
