ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 19.11.2021 for cancelling the partition deed and a direction to the private respondents to provide food and medical expenses to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, petitioner's representation was considered and disposed of in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 31.12.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
