This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Sivagangai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28831 of 2022 by order dated 24.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
