Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police DCB Police Station, Tiruppur, daily at Everyday at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 30680 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate, (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions 1/3

imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 30680 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024 regularly.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the conditions imposed against the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
