ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenu, viz., Ramanichandar, directing the respondents to cause production of his son/the detenu before this Court and to set him at liberty.

3.It is intimated before us by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that notice was issued to the petitioner for appearance, wherein objection, if any, was called for to the effect of the referred charge sheet that was filed subsequent to filing of criminal case. Though the alleged detenu was missing since 2009, it is seen that the petitioner has come forward with this petition only in the year 2015. Further, in view of the earlier order passed by the concerned criminal court, we find it just and reasonable to close this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
