(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 22.01.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/-. However, in paragraph 5 of the affidavit, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Rs.60,000/-" instead of "Rs.30,000/-" .

3. Considering the above submission, the amount mentioned in paragraph No.5 is ordered to be corrected as "Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)" instead of "Rs.60,000/-".

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.870 of 2021 dated 22.01.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

6. Time is extended for a further period of two weeks for executing the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order. 01.03.2021 mrp Note :Issue order copy today 2/3
