O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the trial Court to permit the petitioner and the 2nd & 3rd respondents to compound the offences under Section 341, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC upon their compound Petition filed in Crl.M.P.No.94 of 2015 in S.C.No.52 of 2012 pending before the XIX Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had already moved another similar petition in Crl.O.P.No.23293 of 2016, based on the terms of compromise between the petitioner and the defacto complainant/victim, in which, this Court, by order dated 11.11.2016, quashed S.C.No.52 of 2016 and allowed the above said petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
